This item is a hand blown glass decanter made by the Rainbow Glass company in Huntington, West Virginia.
This item is vintage, I don't believe the company is still around. The amber stopper and medallion are also glass
while the base is clear glass with a slight panelling effect applied to the glass. This item has the original foil
sticker though it's a little faded from age. Rough pontile mark on bottom and rough bottom of stopper show it is
hand blown. No chips or cracks in either part that I can find. The inside of the bottle is a little bit hazy but can
be cleaned with the right tools which I do not have. With the stopper it measures 8" tall and approx 5" in diameter.

ABOUT OUR ITEMS & AUCTIONS: We are a small family-run ebay business. All our listed items are described to our best ability.
Sometimes we are not familiar with exact items so our description may be vague so please email with any specific questions not
answered in the auctions. We are an honest seller and make the fair bidder our main priority! If a legitimate problem arises we will work
with auction winners to resolve the issue without having to contact ebay. Any violations of ebay policy and malicious buyer etiquette
will not be tolerated and will be reported to ebay. We purchase our items locally at estate sales and auctions. We usually don't know
if the previous owners had cats, dogs or smoked so we can make no guarantees about this. We can say though that we go to GREAT
lengths to ensure the item is as clean as possible, in both look and smell, before we ship. All items are cleaned (unless noted) before
we list so there will not be any cleaning done after the item is won to ensure the integrity of the item for the buyer (like for antiques that
the buyer would like to clean themselves).

PAYMENT: We prefer Paypal for our auctions. However, we will accept Money Orders or Cashiers Checks. NO personal checks please!
We must be notified within 3 days if paying with money order or cashiers check and ALL PAYMENTS due within 7 days from auction's
end. All sales are final unless grossly misrepresented.

INSURANCE: If the optional insurance is purchased and the item arrived obviously damaged from shipping, please notify us within 7 days
and we will send you the necessary information to file a claim. That is where our responsibilities end on this matter. Once an item leaves
our property, it is in the custody of the United States Postal Service and they are responsible for damages. We are NOT legally responsible
for uninsured items unless insurance was not offered.

PACKAGING: We pack our items VERY carefully but always encourage insurance for breakable items. We utilize styrofoam peanuts,
synthetic cotton fluff, bubble-wrap and newspaper. Due to the fact that these items are expensive we charge a mere $1 handling fee
per auction (for some larger items it might be slightly more but will be listed as such).

SHIPPING: WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. We do combine shipping if you notify us of your
intent to purchase more than one item we have listed. Delivery conformation is included in shipping costs. If a USPS shipping method you
would like to use is not listed please email us BEFORE payment to work out the possibility of using this service and we will more than likely
be able to accommodate you. If item(s) are paid for AFTER 3pm EST the shipping label will be created the NEXT day and will ship the
following morning. Otherwise the label will be created when you pay and the item will ship the following business day (please allow for possible
1-2 day delays if a problem arises). We advise PRIORITY mail for very fragile items such as glassware. Of the few breakages we've had, they
were mostly Parcel Post shipped so it's better to be safe than sorry!

RETURN POLICY: We accept returns ONLY when notified within 7 days of receipt. We honor all LEGITIMATE reasons for returning
items...ie the item didn't work when it was stated that it did...item was not complete when it was stated that it was...basic misrepresentation etc.
Legitimate return requests will be refunded THE PURCHASE PRICE. Reasons for return that we have no control over, like "changing you mind",
will normally NOT be held valid though we will honestly take the concern into consideration and either refund your purchase price or not.

AFTER THE SALE: Feedback is a way to build yours, as well as ours, ebay reputation. Everyone benefits from feedback and we would
appreciate positive feedback after you have received your item and are pleased. We will do the same for you!


USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING UPDATE:

Due to recent changes in The United States Postal Service shipping costs we will be changing the way we handle PRIORITY
shipping slightly. We will offer Priority Shipping on the auction page if the item will fit in one of the standard USPS Priority boxes
(there are numerous sizes), BUT if the item is too large for any of the Priority boxes we will only offer USPS Parcel Post shipping
on the auction page, but if you would like the large item sent Priority you will have to email us prior to payment so we can calculate
shipping costs and send you an adjusted invoice. Parcel Post items are not effected by the new USPS regulations and will continue
as normal.

Shipping costs to zones 5 thru 8 are now determined by dimensional-weight instead of solely weight-based. Dimensional-weight pricing
applies to Priority packages larger than 1 cubic foot capacity and traveling to destinations within zones 5-8 (zones which use air transportation).
