Vintage Handblown Bud Vase
This is a lovely handblown vase with a deep blue & very pretty bluebird and floral pattern. It's in the shape of a ginger jar - classic! This very cute piece is just perfect for any kind of little posey that strikes your fancy! (smile)
It's 5" tall, 2 3/8" in diameter at the opening, 3 1/4" in diameter at the widest point and rests on a 2 3/4" base.
This is in excellent condition!! There are no chips, cracks or scratches.

Shipping
I do combine shipping on items purchased within a 7 day period.

Insurance IS INCLUDED in the price of the shipping!
Your item will be shipped within 3 business days - many times it will be shipped sooner. I work 48 hours a week outside of the home. Due to that, Saturday shipping is not available. If you need an item really quickly just contact for arrangements. I work hard to make sure your items get to you the same way they left me (check my feedback). I pack each item carefully and use very light weight packing material. However, even with light weight material, this may increase the weight and/or cost of calculated shipping, especially on large shipments or heavy items.
INSURANCE NOTICE: Please keep in mind that insurance is now the responsibility of the Sellers and not an option for the buyer. THIS INCREASES COSTS! Most sellers on eBay have no choice but to start charging or increase handling fees. The only other option is to add those fees to the price of the item - which will increase the Final Value Fees charged by eBay, increasing costs even more. PLEASE consider these facts when leaving feedback.
In light of the September 2009 eBay guidelines regarding shipping insurance - I reserve the right to choose and/or change the shipping service for items with free shipping, 50% off shipping, flat rate shipping, multi-listing shipments, large, heavy and/or any shipment deemed appropriate. *Note: I use recycled packing material whenever possible to keep costs down & do not charge excessive handling fees. I encourage the recycling of packing material at a local styrofoam recycler or simply by listing them on a local service such as freecycle.com.
Terms of Sale
A NOTE about my auctions: Many of the items have been acquired at estate, antique, garage or other types of sales & venues and have been used. Some of those items will show light, normal signs of use that are not itemized. There also may or may not be naturally occuring flaws in the manufacturing such as seam lines, small bubbles, etc., which will usually not be itemized, either. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS AND LOOK CAREFULLY AT THE PHOTOS!
We attempt to describe each item in detail including size, material, maker, pattern names, primary attributes or damage beyond normal use. HOWEVER - please READ the entire listing, look carefully at the photos & ask questions before bidding. I do extensive research and don't publish names and makers unless I'm as sure as possible but in the event of a such an error - the item is still sold AS IS.
Returns are accepted. Buyer is responsible for all shipping. Any claims of shipping damage require proof that can be submitted and is acceptable to the shipping company before a refund is issued or claim is initiated.
A NOTE ABOUT COSTS, FEES, INSURANCE & FEEDBACK: When buying on eBay, please consider all costs the seller incures.

Listing Fees: Anywhere from 10 cents to $4.00 for each catagory, each time an item is listed.

Final Value Fees: Auctions - 8.75% for the first $25.00, +3.75% after that.

Final Value Fees: Buy-It-Now - 12% for the first $50.00, 6% after that.

PayPal Fees: 2.9% + .30 cents on ENTIRE transaction, including funds that seller immediately pays back out for insurance and shipping.

Cost of packing material, boxes, etc.
EXAMPLE - Auction - $9.99 Item, $2.00 Handling/Ins. $7.00 Shipping, 18.99 Total
That's a minimum of $11.64 that the seller does NOT KEEP leaving $7.35 and from that - deduct the original price paid for the item, income taxes and general cost of doing business (like internet fees).
Fees for Free Shipping listings are even higher and the seller has to include all shipping, insurance & handling fees in the original price. They can not be added to the invoice. Then eBay collects Final Value Fee on ENTIRE amount, including shipping, insurance & handling. The point is this: eBay is an outstanding venue to buy AND sell. Let's keep it that way. Leaving negative feedback on issues that Sellers have no control over will drive good, hardworking, honest sellers with great products to other venues. Please consider all of this and be kind when leaving feedback.

I work 48 hours a week outside of the home. At times, this increases response and shipping time, but there is nothing I can do to change that at this time. I try to respond quickly, pack items securely and ship within a reasonable time frame. I do my best to identify and describe each item. I am not an expert and at times must rely soley on the information given to me when I originally purchase an item for resale. Should I ever mis-identify or miss a flaw (other than normal use or manufacturing anomolies), I am human and apologize in advance. If you find a pattern/maker error - just notify me! If you know the pattern/maker of one of our unknown listings I would LOVE to hear from you!
