Vintage Robin Egg Blue Maxi Halter Dress

with a large white collar surrounded by crocheted lace

hooks at the neck

and has two wide straps to mid back

wide open arm holes too

empire waist

with free flowing long skirt

great dress for the vintage lover

size 13

is marked dry clean only but I would try a hand wash

there are a couple of spots by the hem, but other than that it is in great condition, and I think the spots will come out with a washing or cleaning
