Description		Description: Natural fabric, hand embroidery work and hand wonven on traditional wood loom by Hmong, hilltribe people from norhtern Laos and Thailand. Measure: 10 inches wide x 23 inches long Weight: 0.2 pounds This fabric was used for years, so it may have some stain, holes or defects. We try to select the best quality that we can find.
Shipping		$5.60, United States and APO/FPO addresses by Priority Mail with Delivery Conformation $10.00 Canada by Priority Mail International. $12.00 for most other countries. We mail packages from the USA so you don't have to worry about any surprise custom charges if you live in the USA. Shipments typically go out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (packing day before).
Combined Shipping		You may combine shipping on items purchased within 30 days. Payment is due by 40 days from the first item purchased. United States if we can ship everything (including the weight of the box, about 4 oz or 114 grams) for under 1 pound (about 453 grams) then the cost will be the same, $5.60, 2 pounds = $7.20, 3 pounds = $9.25, 4 pounds and more (and can fit in the flat rate box) = $9.95. If the total is more than $250 we require a signature of delivery for an additional charge of $1.75. Canada the cost is $10.00 Priority Mail International. If the items are bulky there may be additional costs. Other countries the cost is $12.00 for Priority Mail International. If the items are bulky there may be additional costs. Italy shipments or combined shipments over $25.00 we require insurance to be purchase by bidder (see rates below).
Insurance (Optional)		We inspect each item before shipping. If an item is damaged during shipping or the package is lost in the mail we can not be held responsible. But we pack very good and have rarely had an issue with shipping. Insurance is available at the following rates; USA: $1.65 for $50, $2.05 for $100, $2.45 for $200, $4.60 for $300 coverage (inquire for rates above $300). Internationally: $1.60 for $99, $3.20 for $199, $4.80 for $299 (inquire for rates above $300). Insured packages require us to write the insured value on the customs form.
Payment		The Following payment methods are accepted: PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Bank Transfer/check) Money Order (in US Dollars) Personal Check from a USA bank (will not hold check for clearing if bidder has good feedback rating)
Return Policy		You may return the item if not fully satisfied for full refund of the item price (but not the shipping or insurance costs) within 40 days from the eBay winning date. Items received after 40 days will incur a 10% restocking fee. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend delivery conformation). Refunds will not be issued for damaged or used merchandise with the exception of manufacturing flaws. If the item returned is defective as a result of manufacturing flaws we will pay for the shipping costs based on the s&h fee for the auction listing. We reserve the right to determine if the item is defective but will side with the customer unless the damage is obviously the result of shipping.
