Please note...
I ship once a week on fridays. If your purchase has been paid for the previous week then you can expect it to be shipped on friday. I ship via airmail as much as possible, however if the amount exceeds what I have charged for shipping it will be sent surface mail unless requested differently.
I require payment within 7 days of auction and an email within 3 to let me know your intentions or any special requests in shipping.
I wrap all parcels to insure they reach their destiny fully intact and free of damage. Once it leaves my hand at the post office I cannot be responsible for poor handling or negligence. I suggest insurance against loss on the larger items. We do not have insurance against breakage.
Should your item arrive broken please take a picture and email to me. I will give credit for the damaged item if I agree with the picture or I may request to have it returned to me so I can cause some trouble at my local post office. :)
Postage is non-refundable.
**Please do not ask me to change my postage fees after the auction. I charge $3 to $10 handling fee (depending on the item). This covers my ebay listing fees, shipping, gas to the post office (8 kms away), packaging and paypal fees. I try to be very fair and if I feel I have grossly overcharged you can expect a refund via paypal.
