This is a really sweet Thumeblina Doll i beleive 1983 by CBS THE tag is still on the body came loose will sew it back on
 
I love the look on her face she is a large one 19" with the cutest legs like baby dear.  Her hair i think looks great a little
fuzzy on one side but just needs combed through looks like her hair is all here.  She had the cutest fit for her satin dress with
lace andd a hat to match has bloomers and a slip to match that what a doll.  Face looks great maybe a tiny tiny rub on the cheeks but had to look close to see it would touch up but not by me.  i don't know much about dolls or this one. 
 
she has a round hard thing sewed in her back nothin on outside prop a cryer which doesn't work just can feel and hear it.
 
Her body has some soil on belly and back not much on back would come off both but like i said not a doll person so will
let that up to new owner.  so i hoped i covered it has idea on the head and numbers and a tag that says cbs 1983 on body
 
she looks real anough to burb her.  so cute.
