was hand crafted and is sure to be a show stopper. I fashioned this from orange, yellow, and green wired ribbon and black crystal beads dotting the center and attached to a comfortable black headband. This looks wonderful
on any hair style and is a great way to dress up any outfit, PERFECT for a night out on the town, for the races or a burlesque performance!!!Shipping is 7.00 if purchased in North America (Canada is included) and buyer pays all shipping costs and I ship world wide. International shipping is a flat rate of 14.00. Payment is due 3 days after the auction end and items are sent out once the transaction has been completed and the funds are in my account. All items are shipped ground mail with a tracking number in the USA and a free gift. I do combine shipping but will not to send more than three items at one time.
