The Strobe-Disc is a wonderful tool to time the speed of your turntable. It is for the TIMING of turntable speeds, and ranges from 32.73 to 80.89. The diameter of the disc is approx. 7". It appears to be a promotional printing on the front that advertises the sale of JENSEN Record Player Needles. Great Vintage item, that can be used very effectively today.
