Up for sale is a vintage 1/24 scale John Deere 6600 Combine.  This combine was released in 1974.  The combine has the gear driven auger and reel and the reel is plastic.  This combine was owned by one of my friends when I was growing up.  I actually played with this combine when I was little and I recently purchased all of his old toys.  I will be adding several other vintage John Deere tractors, combines and implements over the next couple of days.

The combine is very nice with only a few minor scratches (see pictures for detail).  The bottom of the real has several paint chips where it has been run on the ground.  There are also several small chips on both sides of the reel.  The top of the combine has several chips around the grain tank and then one back on the motor housing.  The right side of the combine has about 1 1/2 inch scratch on the grain tank and another scratch up at the front.  There is also two paint chips on the frame.The left side has paint chips on the ladder, and up around the grain tank.  There is also a paint chip on the frame.  The rear slow moving decal is there, but has started to roll on one side.  The paint has also been worn off on the top of the right side real axle.  I would probably rate it 75-80%, but that is my rating, yours may differ.  If you have any questions, please ask prior to bidding.  These combines are getting harder to find and this one is in good condition for having been played with.

The combine still has the original ink stamp four digit number of 2037 on the bottom.

This is a very nice vintage combine and would make a great addition to your collection or a great gift for that farm toy collector.
