Joker Pez dispenser. No feet. Back of head is marked: "©DC Comics Inc 1978".  Dispenser is functional and in good condition.  The haed movement  works fine but is not as strong as a new dispenser.  There are a few flakes of paint missing above the left ear and a smudge mark on the left rear neck area...see photos.
