We buy our packing material and pack all our items well, NO newspaper packing here.

Returns:
Any returns has to be pre authorized by us, please contact us and we will try to resolve any claimed issues by email, if we can not, item can be sent back to us, sender is responsible for the return shipping. Please make sure that item or any of its components/accessories have not been damaged/replaced/altered in any way or is missing. No returns because of buyers remorse.
