A vintage toy from Kohner's  a Musical Busy Koo-koo.  I believe it play hicory dicory dock.  The clock turns and plays music as well as the bird goes in and out when the string is pulled.  Made of plastic with a paper front.  Everything works but does show normal wear and tear from frequet use.
