These all came out of a long time Lu-RAY collector's auction as they are down-sizing and moving.

EXCELLENT CONDITION

We have examined EACH ONE carefully by sight and touch and by holding it to the light just as you would.  We find either one or more chips, rarely a crack, some just crazed. All pottery has sager pin marks on the back which happen during the manufacturing process.  These are not defects. Occasionally there are glaze skips where the color is absent, these are not chips. 6 are unmarked, 20 are marked TS&T Lu-RAY PASTELS USA with various dates such as: 4 43 10 45 1 6 40 4 40 5 40 T. S. & T stands for Taylor Smith & Taylor, potters of Lu-Ray of the 1940's and 1950's in response and in contrast to the bright colors of other popular lines of the day like Fiesta. They are all consistent in color and type and we assume they are all authentic vintage Lu-RAY, sometimes pieces just didn't get marked, but they are all the same quality.
