Vintage 1964 Marx Ednsville Eddie Figure

This is an original Marx Weird Oh figure. The figure has minor scuffs from use but no missing or broken pieces.

ALL items are sold ***AS IS***, however, and bidders should understand that used items will show wear consistent with use and age.

I accept paypal, money orders and certified checks only. I provide tracking info via e-mail and require insurance on all items.

I offer returns and a full refund of the purchase price ONLY. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer and all items must include full purchase price insurance and a tracking or confirmation of shipment number
(email us the number when shipped) and will be paid by the buyer. This is the same policy for most major department store retailers when buying an item online from them.
 IF:
1) your item was damaged in shipping contact us immediately upon delivery.
Our policy is that the purchaser must inspect and fully test the item within 3 days of arrival then contact me within 3 days of delivery. Buyer must email me with digital photographs of the damaged items from all angles, photos of the damaged box. Keep all packaging materials and boxes as the shipping company may want to pick-up and inspect the package for damage themselves. I will file a shipping claim with the shipping company and provide the buyer with the claim reference number. I have no control of how long or how much USPS takes to determine claim or amount of the refund. It can take up to three weeks. I do my very best to get you the most we can for their poor handling. The price for a refund is determined solely by the shipping company and is based on the items eBay sale price.

2) you can demonstrate that I have materially misrepresented the item you have purchased.
Contact me with your concerns first - within 3 days of package delivery - so that I can review the auction and discuss it with you to determine if a return can be authorized.
If an item is an approved return: we will provide you with an RMA Authorization # that must be placed on the outside of the box in marker.
Do not ship an item back to me without contacting us first and obtaining an RMA #, any boxes sent to us without an RMA # on the outside may be Refused and returned to you.
As stated above, all returned items must be shipped with full insurance and a tracking/confirmation number.
Once we receive the item back in our store, including any and all accessories, I will verify item and that the condition is the same as when it was originally sent.
Refunds are issued within 3 business day via PayPal only.
