ENGINE: This is an excellent Marx 333 smoker. This engine is cast metal and runs very well. It goes into forward and reverse smoothly every time. The gearing is smooth and quiet and the headlight works. This is an excellent mechanically working engine.
Aesthetics: paint is very good; no rust and very few rub marks and very few chips. This unit has the side awnings on the cab and nothing is broken or missing. The green light jewels are good but have a few small chips that you have to look close to see.
I have not tested the smoke unit as I have no fluid to test with but when I purchased this unit it smoked. Last tested, the smoke unit worked perfectly and smoothly so I would say it still does.
This is the most prized piece of my collection but due to financial reasons I must sell.
TENDER: This tender is a C-7 with no rust or paint missing that I can see. It is a plastic and metal Southern Pacific Lines tender which rolls nice and smooth with nothing broken or missing.

Payment is expected within 48 hours and items will ship within 3 days of cleared payment.
