Shipping Information: 

I try to ship within 3 business days after receipt/verification of funds.  Multiple items that can be shipped at the same time qualify for a discount on shipping/handling price. Please be aware that parcel post & Media Mail is generally rougher and slower with more stops enroute than priority mail.  NOTE: UPS mail has built in indemnity (insurance) for items with values up to $100.00. and extra can be added above this.  Insurance is extra for US parcel, Media & general Priority mail. Buyer is responsible for insurance cost when assumed.  Seller is not personally responsible for damage or loss during shipping.  USA: Extra Plus ~ Delivery confirmation is included in shipping cost for U.S.A. bidders/Buyers!

You can use the international calculator to see your estimated shipping cost on the listing. Just scroll down to your country and click on it, then click on Update to pull it up. You may also email me for a shipping quote PRIOR to bidding & or buying.  International priority mail includes indemnity or insurance according to weight up to $61.28 US dollars for the value of the item, for the first pound. UPS ground automatically insures up to $100.00 US dollars and you can add more if needed for a little extra money.

Although I always wrap very carefully with strong boxes & much cushioning of each item packed, insurance is highly recommended for fragile, valuable items. I try to be accurate in shipping weight, however, since I sell in large quantities, I do not box my items in advance. There is a small packaging handling charge of $1.00 for small packages to $2.00 for large boxes. If I am under estimate in shipping cost, I absorb the extra cost which is in the buyer's favor. If there is overage in my estimate, I refund overage to the buyer when shipped.

Combined Shipping: Please click on "have seller send invoice" on each item you purchase so that I can make sure it is included. There is No Handling Charge per item regardless of number of purchases combined for shipping at the same time. There is a one time $2.00 charge for handling for combined purchases regardless of number of boxes it takes to ship that order. The shipping charge is the actual weight of the packed box. Ebay should automatically combine within a 7 day period, but please check on the "Have seller send invoice" on each one to make sure the discount has been applied correctly on all chosen & let me know when you have finished via email.

Return Policy: You May return this item if not as described within 5 days after delivery to your location. It must be in the original condition as sent, with same careful packaging & shipping method along with a copy of your receipt & delivery confirmation for a refund. Please email me that you are returning this item at that time, and the reason for your return for the reimbursement to apply.  If the item has been insured, it must be returned insured.   Return cost is negotiable if there is error in the listing. 

Nonpaying Bidders/Buyers please note: If payment has not been verified as initiated within 12 days after sale, and/or no payment or written response initiated from the buyer in this time frame, I have the right to report this to ebay, & relist this item for sell to another bidder/buyer. I believe that communication is essential between the seller and the buyer, as is leaving ebay feedback.  It is also important to communicate through email prior to leaving feedback whenever there is a potential problem to give the person the chance to explain or correct.  As a Seller, I will leave feedback once feedback is received.  As a Buyer, I leave feedback once the item has been received.  I try to leave good feedback whenever possible, & I hope you do to!

Buyer Friendly Pictures:  I try to shoot multiple pictures of each item listed  from various angles so the buyer gets a clear picture of what he/she is interested in purchasing.  In a few instances, one picture may be sufficient such as with records.  Sometimes there may be light glare, or refraction.  If you are unclear about anything you are looking at, please do not hesitate to ask.
