Please note that all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Check with your local customs office for further information on duties and taxes. We cannot ship as GIFT or at a FALSE value. All international purchases are shipped, declared and insured for actual purchase price. We cannot make exceptions to this rule.

Any domestic purchase over $10,000.00 must be paid via bank wire transfer. All domestic orders under $10,000.00 may pay via PayPal, credit card or bank wire transfer. If paying by credit card please note that a fax machine is required when paying via this method. All items shipped within the state of Texas are subject to an additional 8.25% sales tax.

Non-Paying Bidders- Any and all bidders that cannot or do not pay will be filed as "Non-Paying Bidders" via eBay. This will result in a strike on your account.  We make no exceptions to this. We absolutely will not "Mutually Agree" to not complete the transaction under any circumstances.  If you are not able or willing to pay - DO NOT  BID.

DeMesy Fine Watches is happy to occasionally offer a $1 no reserve on a few selected pieces that we have obtained.  By starting the opening bid at $1, this often results in the sale of an item at wholesale or below wholesale pricing.  We often list multiple "No Reserve Auctions" together so please check our Ebay Store. These pieces have often been taken on trade or do not fit our typical inventory.  We would prefer to wholesale these pieces rather than stock them in our current inventory.  They have been checked for authenticity and are guaranteed to be genuine as advertised.  There are no known problems or issues with theses pieces unless otherwise noted in the description and are sold in working condition. We have not tested or checked the pieces for timekeeping and timekeeping is not guaranteed.  All $1 No Reserve auctions are sold "As is" with no returns accepted. Additionally we do not offer a warranty with these pieces as they are being offered with an opening bid of $1.00.  We urge you to bid accordingly. Returns
