This is a different twist on the use of rivoli stones.  The point of a rivoli stone is usually facing outward.  In this pretty pair of cufflinks, the point is downward and the flat bottom facing up.  Very sparkly watermelon (pinks, greens mostly).  There is some light goltone plating loss but these are in very good vintage condition.
