Most items Ship priority so you will have your item within a few days of auction close.  We ship regular parcel post only if it is cost effective for you.

We do offer shipping discounts when you buy more than one item during the same shipping period.  We pass on the savings to you.  The more we ship in one box the less the costs will be. Always inquire about the total shipping when buying more than one item before you pay the invoice. 

We recommend insurance if your item is breakable but it is optional.  We do take extra time to package our items carefully so they will make a safe journey to you.   

If the item you receive is not as we have described it and shown in the photo, we will happily accept a return and refund your purchase price, less shipping charges.   All returns must be requested within 7 days of the original shipment date.  

Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase unless you are bidding on other items from us.  If no attempt to communicate to us that it will be longer and we  just don’t hear from you we do have to report it as an unpaid auction.  This is because we have already been charged fees so please don’t make us do that as it is not good for your feedback.  If you are buying more than one item from us during the same auction week just email us for your new total as we will happily reduce the shipping for combined items.
