This is for a vintage Miller Wall Plaque with the orginal notepad and pencil, still in box.  I'm not sre what year it is from I think the late 1960's or early 1970's.  As you can see the box is a little rough, but it has never been out of the box.  It is named Kitchen Hearth Memo Set and was made by Miller Studio, Inc in New Philadelphia, Ohio and is hand painted.  The item itself is in new condition, not box.  Awesome item!!!
