Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be shipped usually within 24 hours or sooner depending upon timing of the payment (excluding Sundays and holidays) Our standard shipping method is USPS priority mail in the USA and USPS Express Mail internationally. Other methods may incur addtional charges. We selected these methods based upon efficiency, cost and experimentation with various modes of shipment. International USPS Express Mail is the least expensive method that requires a signature however we will use UPS or FED EX if a customer requests subject to additional costs (generally speaking and we will quote the price based on carrier cost) We provide free gift packaging upon request

Return Policy

Though a rare occurence, genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or if a replacement is not available, we will refund your payment, however we must be advised of any problem goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us and if the claim is valid we will ship back the replacement at our expense. 
No cash refunds unless it is not significantly as described in accordance with EBAY & Paypal policy due to low prices with low mark up. Refunds exclude all shipping. Returns are always accepted for store or winning auction credit that do not expire (non-expiring credit) and always available if you decide you don't like the item (for any reason) for any item in my store. When Items is returned within 7 days of delivery receipt, the credit is open ended and available for any reason whatsoever. These credits never expire. We offer dollar to dollar credits of purchase price excluding all shipping, however if the replacement item you select is less expensive, you will receive up to $100 cash refund for the difference in price subject to prompt 7 day turn around in returning the item unless other arrangements are made in advance.
