Musical carousel with chimes and horses. This great carousel is battery operated, using 4 D batteries. It measures 16 inches high and 7 inches across. This piece is not marked but has the number 99259 on the bottom. Push the button on the base and little hammers hit the chimes which will play the tunes. The carousel is made of plastic on the canopy and base and rubber along the canopy, middle of base and the horse. This piece was in a box from an estate and needs restoring. The musical notes only hit a few of the chimes as the string has become detached. It also needs a thorough cleaning. I didn't want to cause any damage by cleaning it improperly. This carousel is a terrific item that would add charm to your collection!
