Up for auction is this vintage oil painting of a schooner sail ship sailing the high seas. It was done in the realistic style. Estimate on age is early 20th. century. It was painted on canvas panel. The actual painting measures 14" x 10", and slightly larger in its gold toned frame (included). The back of the board shows its age (see pic), but strangely, the painted side is fresh & clean as if it had been stored "face down" over time. Add a hanger wire and it's ready to display.
