Vintage Old German Glass Ornament - ANGEL WITH CHILD

This auction is part of a larger group of antique/vintage Christmas decorations that I'll be selling in the next few days - just in time for holiday decorating.  Please check out the other lots.

Up for sale is a vintage ANGEL WITH CHILD glass ornament WITH DRESDEN WINGS, from Germany c1920.  The ornament depicts an angel in golden/pearly colored robes standing behind a young child.  Their faces and hands are painted pink with yellow hair.  Adding to the ornament is the set of large Dresden gold wings on the angel.  The last photo shows paper supports that have been added to the back of the wings where there are bends or creases.  The interior silvering is light in the top half of the ornament.  There are also some minor rubs to the paint on the robes.  It measures a large 4 1/2 inches.  A terrific addition to your collection !!
