We've seen this man many times before but can't think of the famous artist who painted the original image. This is painted and enameled on copper...probably of French origin. The back is age-tarnished copper with a hook for hanging. The framed art enamel measures 6 by 7 1/4 inches. The man's image is colorful against the coppery bronzed enamel background. Overall, a beautiful vintage enamel painting in excellent condition by what's-his-name.
