Normally our items are sold AS IS and every effort has been made to accurately describe items in our auctions. If you find that there has been an omission or misrepresentation of the item you must e-mail us within 3-days of receiving the item with a description of the problem and the auction number. A refund may be issued once the item is returned in the same condition as shipped. We pride ourselves in careful packaging, but all fragile items must be insured or no refund will be issued. |
