Pfaff 145 Industrial Sewing Machine

Very nice working commercial sewing head.  No motor included.
Needle and bobbin installed, ready for work.


This is a very serious machine. It has a very powerful adjustable presser foot for thick or layered materials.
The presser spring assembly includes the long bars on top of the machine.
Presser Foot lift is 7/16".
It accepts very thick, strong needles and thread.
It has much missing paint but no damage or problems and has been lubed and adjusted.
 One of my pictures shows that it can sew through 6 layers of heavy card stock easily.
There are no missing screws or parts, but has had some surface oxidation and spots of rust on the base in places.
I have fashioned a small wire spool holder on top to avoid the large overhead spool rack system.
It is a variable size straight stitcher with lever reverse and belt drive pulley.
I will leave it threaded for the new owners instruction.
(Some internet references to this machine model number call this a walking foot machine.)
