What you're getting...

What a creative hat!  Small yellow frame in straw is piled with wide grosgrain ribbon lengths in navy.   They are all pulled together in the middle and tied with more grosgrain ribbon. Delicate navy veil covers the entire face.   Large white lable reads: Louis Original California.

Yellow straw base of hat... 8 inches in diameter
Grosgrain ribbon stands up to 6 inches tall
Inside circumference of hat is 21 inches

Condition...

Very good to excellent vintage condition.  There are a few spots where the veil isn't completely connected to the brim.  The only way I got photos of it, was by popping out the brim with my hand.  It is not visible while wearing.  I believe this hat would wear a little more easily with the addition of a hat elastic.
