INSURANCE - We now offer insurance for ALL of our customers at the low price of $1.25 for every $100 ($1.25 for $1 - $100; $2.50 for $100.01 - $200 and so on). We do NOT insure through the Postal Service so do not expect your insured package to be stamped "Insured" or have an insurance slip. Our new insurance provider REQUIRES that all packages are not to be marked "Insured" for theft prevention purposes.

** If your item is lost or damaged and you need to file a claim: our insurance policy requires that you submit a letter (not email) to us, stating a few basic things - date it was shipped, description of item, eBay item # and that you didn't receive it.
