Vintage Pyrex Flameware

Blue Tinted Glass Cookware

This auction is for five (5) pieces of vintage Pyrex blue-tinted glass Flameware. Set includes the following pieces:

One (1) medium size pot - 6 cup (44 oz) capacity. Marked G-E 833 B
One (1) small size pot - 4 cup (32 oz) capacity. Marked F-U 832-B
Two (2) skillets, 7 inch diameter. One is marked E-GG 817-B, and the other is marked F-Y 817-B
One (1) Clear glass and metal handle that is detachable and interchangeable with all 4 cookware pieces. Marked with number 28.

All pieces are embossed with Flameware with fire logo, and Pyrex TM Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. on the bottom (handle has Flameware logo stamped in metal portion of handle). And, of course, they are marked made in U.S.A!

CONDITION: All pieces are in very good used condition! No chips on pots, but one of the two skillets has a small chip on the outside rim. All cookware pieces have some utensil marks and bottom scuffing. Handle is in wonderful condition! No chips at all on the glass portion. Metal portion has some minor surface rust, but is in excellent working condition. Has a wonderful patina to the metal.

FLAMEWARE glassware was produced from 1936 to 1979. It is distinguished from clear/crystal glassware by the blue tint that it has, caused by the addition of alumino-sulfate in the production process.

Please know that I pack my items VERY carefully so it arrives safely to you. You can check my feedback for comments from pleased customers. We are happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases when it will help save you on shipping costs!! Also can arrange for pick-up if you are local!

International Shipping - We are happy to ship internationally, but please be aware we are now charging a $2 handling fee to help cover time of completing custom forms, etc.

I do want to disclose to everyone that I recycle all my shipping supplies (bubble wrap, peanuts, etc.). I also purchase "used" boxes for shipping things that won't fit in a normal USPS box.
