Up for auction is a Complete Vintage 1959 Renaissance Chessmen Chess Set by E.S. Lowe. The pieces capture the characteristics of the 15th Century Renaissance Period and are in very good condition, each piece is made of a hard plastic and is slightly weighted and felted on the bottom. The pieces are marked either ANRI or E.S. Lowe. Also included is the chess board and the instruction book, the board is in fair condition (it has been taped on the back side in the middle) but the actual playing surface still looks good. The instruction book is in good condition and gives alittle information about the renaissance period along with how to play chess. The box is not in the greatest condition, taped sides on both the cover and bottom and some other blemishes on both (torn cardboard,dirty areas). But the pieces that are of the greatest importance are very nice, I love the details on the pieces, like the long braid in the Queens hair and the scepter in the Kings hand. I try my best to describe the item, but if you have any questions feel free to e-mail me. 

Shipping and Handling - I ship only to the U.S. for now. Shipping will be by Priority Mail for $10.55. I do combine shipping and give discounts on mutiple purchases.  I usually ship the day after payment has been made. If I cannot ship next day I will email you and let you know when I will be mailing it.

Payments - Please make payment within 3 days of the closing of the auction. If you can not please notify me and arrangements can be made. I accept Paypal and Postal Money Orders. If you are sending a postal money order please notify me. (Minnesota residence will be charged 6-1/2% sales tax, as per suggestion by my tax preparer)
