Quality: All our Vintage Estate Lot pieces are professionally inspected, tightened and cleaned. We first inspect and tighten the clasp, pin or whatever the part may be. All the stones are checked for looseness, and are tightened if they need it and can be, or re-glued if they need it and that is the way they were made. And then we clean all tarnish and other impurities that may have built up over the years that rob from the beauty of the piece. Not all discolorations can always be cleaned, as that can sometimes damage the piece. But that is part of the vintage anyway. We don't ever sell pieces that do not meet our high standards for quality, cleanliness, great color and beauty. We only sell what we would buy and wear ourselves. Value: We always offer our vintage pieces far lower than common market or book value. We believe in offering people great deals, and also believe in volume sales rather than trying to pay the rent entirely by one sale. That way we not only make many sales but many happy customers. 90 Day Warranty: There may be some occasions when a stone may come loose or another part may fail soon after it arrives even though the piece has been carefully inspected. One can't catch everything. If this occurs, and you can't repair it yourself, feel free to send it to us for a free repair within 90 days after purchase. The one thing that is very important to us is that our customers are happy with the pieces they buy. We would not want anyone to be heartbroken because they lost a stone, etc. So we offer this service free of charge for 90 days. Also, all pieces can be returned for a full refund including the shipping within 14 days of purchase. We would never offer a piece "as is," since only when they are in your hand can you really judge what you have. We also offer as large and clear pictures as possible so you can make a fair judgement of what you are bidding on (even though these large pictures sometimes reveal things one would normally never notice on the item itself by its actual size). We want no secrets.
Combined Shipping: We are now offering combined shipping on Select Vintage pieces. First, it must be specified in the description above that they qualify for combined shipping. Most of our items qualify. Buy FOUR (4) or more vintage pieces from our auctions or store within a 5 day period that specify they qualify for combined shipping and GET FREE SHIPPING. That's right, FREE! Shipping discounts are only given if you contact us before you pay so we can send a revised invoice. We can’t give a discount once items are paid for. However, if you pay before we send an invoice and give a discount, we will give discount coupons for future purchases to make up for it. Shipping discounts pertain to both domestic and international customers.
Shipping: All our products ship within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Should they not for some unforeseen reason, we will contact the buyer and let them know. For domestic shipping, you can normally track your package through eBay by viewing your invoice, or through PayPal. Each will provide a tracking number. You will also receive an email when your package is shipped with the tracking information.
Feedback: We work very hard to make sure our customers are happy and are products are top of the line. Should anything go wrong, we will do our best to make it right. International Shipping: We ship internationally, and we value all international business. There are a few things international bidders should be aware of. First, the only way to obtain insurance on your item is if you choose the priority mail option. It is expensive though. The other shipping method is First Class International which is what we mostly use. It is far less expensive, but does not offer insurance or tracking. I have had few problems with it thus far. Shipping takes about 7-10 days to arrive for most areas. Please see the Combined Shipping above for shipping discounts. They apply to international shippers also. Thanks again.

SHIPMENTS TO ITALY: Italian customs often does not allow First Class International mailing for jewelry to Italy. You must select the Priority Mail option with Insurance to Italy to be assured safe arrival. You take your chances if you don't choose this option.
