This is a wonderful old collector's item. It is a plush dog with a barrel bank tied around his neck and a tag that says Rochester Savings Bank. It measures approx. 8 1/2" long by 7" high. Rochester Savings Bank has been out of business for many years. This came out of an estate in Rochester NY and is in very good condition. I am putting  a 2008 penny in the bank for good luck.
