Top:

Has some minor pitting, and a couple of minor rust spots - see pictures.

Underside:

Has some minor rust spots (see pix).

Overall condition is pretty decent - I'd rate it at 7 - 10 condition.

These are used primarily for tom arm mounts (mounted on the

tom shell), but can also be used for cymbal arm mounts (mounted on the bass drum shell),

depending on your application.
