Contains hand screen printed 100% polyester canvas and complete, easy to follow instructions with a list of the rug yarn needed to complete.
It is new in the original package, but the top has been opened. It was given to me, but I have way too many projects already and thought it would offer it to someone else who loves to "craft" as I do! Will make a beautiful rug when completed!
