Complete original sheet music in good condition with moderate wear due to aging. Yellowing of sheet music due to age. Middle fold has about a 1/4" tear at bottom but, otherwise, no rips or tears. No pen marks at all. There is what looks like a moderately heavy coffee or tea stain on the inside 2 pages and back page. Does not show on front page. This stain is about size of half dollar on the bottom of the pages. Does not inhibit song sheet or music. Complete song intact.
