Vintage Silver Coral Cabochon 
Large Concho Concha Stamped Ring

Ring is size 5.5 and is NOT manually adjustable.
Ring face is 1-1/2 inches tall and 5/8-inches wide.

Signed LN.
I checked with a collector of Navajo jewelry who indicated is "Concha" is the Spanish word for shell.
In jewelry, the term refers to the round or oval disks of silver.
