1970s Vintage Simplicity 8991. Child’s and Girls’ Dress and Pants: The dress with back zipper closing has high round neckline and set-in sleeves. V1 with contrasting collar and cuffs has purchased scarf slipped through a buckle. Long or short sleeve option. V2 features lace edging and ribbon bow trim. Top-stitched and button trimmed. V. 3 with short sleeves has contrasting collar, front tab and patch pocket. The pants without side seams have elastic waistline casing. V2 have lace edging trim. Pants may contrast dress.

This pattern has been previously cut. All pieces accounted for and folded neatly into sleeve.

Pattern is stored in an archive quality sleeve. We regret the sale of this pattern is final.
