Over the next few weeks, I'll be downsizing my personal Barbie collection.  Since I quit collecting prior to 1970, all items are vintage...and most are in excellent condition, considering their age.  I'm hoping that my low rating score won't deter anyone from bidding on these lovely items...don't miss out!!  I have to start somewhere.  ;) 

Today's offering is Skipper's 1965-66 "Outdoor Casuals" outfit #1915.  The turquoise knitted sweater has a small flaw near one of the sleeves and the neckband seems to have faded (see photos).  There are 2 small holes in the neckband, one in the front and one in the back, but these could be easily mended.  The matching pants are in excellent condition...no holes, stains or tears.  The snap closure is intact, but should probably be resewn.  (It seems a 10-year-old child made an attempt to repair it with white thread.  Gee, I wonder who did that?)  The matching dickey is in excellent condition, but needs a thread loop for the button closure.  The hard white flats are marked "Japan".
