Smilite semi-transparent lucite round tray with one of a kind butterfly and leaf pattern.

This is a very unique piece. There are 4 real butterfly wings in brown tones including spots and stripes with an interesting feature - the attached colored bodies, eyes and antennae are made from colored pieces of PAPER.

There are 8 pieces of leaf - four double attached leaves - painted in gold leaf surrounded by 4 real butterfly wings with above unique features.

The lucite itself has etheral tiny bubbles interspersed with gold flecks.

Smilite HANDCRAFTED original  red and white round sticker still on back of piece.

11 in. diameter - @1 in. rounded up edge.

Great condition - no cracks or breaks - minor scratches seen in light do not deter from the item.
