Here you have a vintage brooch watch.  Pretty cool piece of watch history.  It is intentionally upside down, so when you need to see the time it is available for your view right side up. There is a faceted crystal on it that is in great shape and watch is named Cornell, 17 Jewels.  I wound it, and it did not tick, so it will need servicing.  The back is stamped STERLING.  This time piece measures 2 inches long from top to bottom, the clock piece measures 3/4 of an inch.
