Vintage Stangl WILLOW 5-1/4" Lug Soup Bowl















For auction I offer a Stangl 3806 Willow 5-1/4" lug soup bowl. This pattern was originally designed by Kay Hackett in 1941 for white-bodied production. It was shelved until 1949 when it was adapted to the red bodied and brushed with a white engobe.

 
CONDITION: This bowl has a small chip in each handle about 1/8" diameter. No cracks, chips other than the two handles, crazing or stains.
