Vintage Stratton England Brass & Enamel Pill Box. It is signed Stratton Made in England. It is 1 1/2" by 1 1/2" and latch works well. Someone wrote on the inside, I can't make it all out but I can read "1 Tbsp. Potassium". Has little signs of wear but is in very good condition. Very nice collectible.
