A rare FABULOUSLY MOD coffee server in the EVER YOURS shape from Taylor Smith & Taylor.  Interior glaze is sage green to compliment foliage and scroll motif. Pattern is Del Ray, created for Sears' Harmony House line of dinnerware.
 
 

It is in VERY GOOD CONDITION with light to moderate wear & soiling; no chips, cracks or crazing; a few scattered raised under the glaze manufacturing flaws.  Lid and handle are wood.  There is a small (less than 1/4") spot on the handle where the color is paler/finish worn (see bottom left image; bottom right side of handle).
