We try to post a wide variety of items, but……we are not experts in all categories.  We do our best to describe and photograph each item as accurately and completely as possible.  If you have any questions or remarks regarding the item, please notify us by email before the auction ends.  We will do our best to answer emails in a timely manner, but any correspondence received on weekends or holidays will not likely be answered until the next business day.

We want everyone to have a pleasant purchasing experience, and return to purchase from us again.

TERMS OF SALE AND SHIPPING

1.      Payment is required within 10 days of conclusion of auction.  Regarding non-payment; at our discretion, item will either be reposted, or offered to the second highest bidder.

2.      We will not end auctions early, or sell outside of eBay.  Please don’t ask to do so.

3.      We will ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays once payment has cleared.  We only ship within the U.S.

4.      We add a small amount (between $0.33 and $0.67) for shipping and handling charges to help cover the cost of boxes, packing material, shipping labels, etc.

5.      For sales under $100.00, insurance is optional but recommended.  For sales $100.00 and over, insurance is required.  We are not responsible for lost, damaged or uninsured packages.

6.      Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay.  Non-Paying bidders will be reported to eBay.

7.      Buyers using PayPal must have a confirmed address.  We will not ship to an unconfirmed address.

8.      PayPal is preferred, and will result in orders shipping sooner.  Money orders are also acceptable.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS - NO EXCEPTIONS

9.      Please don’t post feedback as your first means of communication regarding a problem.  If there is a problem, please let us know so we can have a chance to help resolve the issue.

10.  By law, we must charge 7% sales tax (on the winning bid price only) for all purchases made within Nebraska.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Please contact us before returning any item.  The buyer must notify us of any problems, or desire to return item, within 3 business days of receiving the package.  After 3 business days the sale is considered final.

Please note: the item in question must be received by us before a refund will be considered.  Refunds are only for the final bid purchase price plus tax if applicable.  Shipping costs, handling charges, and anything else we may have missed are not refundable.

We do not pay for return shipping, nor do we accept COD returns.  All returns must be shipped with insurance and tracking.  All items must be returned in the same condition as originally shown and described on eBay.  No item will be accepted for refund if the item has been damaged, altered, disassembled, or mishandled in any way.
