This charming old tin probably once held candy or cookies or such. It was made by "Olive Can" of Chicago. In creamy white with green and gold detailing. it reads "Stop & Shop Chicago." Not sure if that was a store or advice! It also has a couple on a small cart, being pulled by a horse. (Not much room for shopping on the back - ha!) Quite large, measures approx. 10" in dia. and 2-7/8" tall. Nicwe shape, some wear to the rim is noted, but it is an oldie and you expect that. Thanks. NOTE: We've learned from a helpful ebayer that this was a wonderful store on Washington St., in Chicago.
