Shabby Cottage Chic Hand Painted Roses Oval Tole Tray






Description

Lush hand painted roses adorn this lovely oval metal tray.  The color is a beautiful deep coral pink or light coral red.  It measures 16" x 11" with a 1" deep edge that is gilded gold.  The original label on the back reads "Fine Arts Studio, Hand Painted, Phila. 6, PA".  With the address in Philadelphia being just a number 6, that makes this tray quite old.  The label itself is gold gilded and in the shape of an artist's palette.  There is also a nice wall hanger that is attached.  The tray is in surprisingly near excellent condition for a vintage piece.  There is no loss of paint and minor wear marks are all that exist.  Absolutely nothing that detracts from it's beauty.  This beauty was well cared for and an estate sale find.  A rare find, indeed.  Thanks for looking!
