Ukelele "CAMP UKE"

Uke appears to be very old, its a 4 string, all strings are loose. It is ingraved at the top of the neck, it reads "CAMP UKE" and on the back it reads "PAT. APLD FOR". Theres a painting on the back of a woman smoking a cigarette, never seen anything like this before, it sure is unique. It's about 20 1/2" long and the base is 7 inches across. It has some splits in the wood on the front and one hairline split on the back. Uke has some writing all over it, where maybe a child wrote on it in pencil. On the side of it, a persons name written in what appears to be pencil also ANNETTE SCHREINER . A really neat piece to put on display.
