This beautiful Vintage Vendome 26" Fancy Neckchain has a lovely and intriicate design. The chain has a very nice bright and sparkly Roman gold / high carat gold color, and it has an expensive look.  The goldwork is the color seen on many antique Victorian lockets, and this would be especially nice with a locket. 

The chain drapes beautifully and would also be nice just worn by itself.  Weighs 8.5 grams and measures 2 mm in width.  The chain is yellow gold-toned, all original, and there is no wear to the chain.  There is a small plaque signed "VENDOME" with their trademark "Fleur-de-lis" on the reverse.  Vendome operated until 1979 and was the high quality jewelry line of Coro in Providence, R.I.. 

This is a versatile neckchain in excellent condition, all smooth links along the chian, bright and sparkly in person.  C. 1970s.
