• We accept and prefer Paypal, but will also accept money orders and personal checks (U.S. Residents ONLY).
• Money Orders may take a few days to clear if from out of state.
• American Express Travelers Checks and money orders can take up to five days to clear per bank rules.
• Non-Minnesota personal checks can take up to eleven (11) business days to clear.
• Items will NOT SHIP until check or money order clears.
• Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee.

PAYMENT

• Payment is expected within 7 days of close of auction.
• Please use Ebay’s Check-out for total amount with shipping.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

• MULTIPLE PURCHASES: We we will combine shipping to provide you with a shipping discount, but please email prior to bidding if all items are fragile as this may affect our ability to safely package items together.
• Please use the shipping calculator found at the end of the auction page to determine shipping costs, unless you are using the shipping discount, then we will invoice you with the shipping total.
• Our shipping fees include the cost of actual shipping charges via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post and handling charges.  If you would like it shipped another way, please email us prior to bidding for your shipping costs.
• Insurance is optional (not included in handling and shipping charges), but encouraged when shipping internationally or when item is fragile, buyer takes a risk of losing the cost of the merchandise if not insured. Seller is not responsible for merchandise damaged from shipping, all items sent from SoppelStore are properly wrapped.

RETURN POLICY

The Buyer needs to return the purchased item to the Seller within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item. If the item is not returned to the Seller within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item there will be no money returned.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
